We are looking for a technical QA Engineer to join our migration team. This role is ideal for someone who loves digging into tough problems, scripting their way to insights, and troubleshooting complex data and infrastructure issues. You'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth customer migrations and script validation across platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Test and validate our data migration scripts and logic
- Investigate and debug issues in customer environments and log systems
- Automate validation tasks using Python and shell scripting
- Collaborate with developers and technical support teams on escalated issues
- Act as a technical bridge during customer migrations
Skills:
- Strong Linux skills and confidence in shell scripting
- Experience in log analysis, system troubleshooting, and network debugging
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and data validation
- Experience with Python scripting and Excel for data investigation
- Bonus: LoRaWAN understanding, experience working directly with customers
Soft Skills:
- Self-starter with strong investigative drive
- Comfortable working independently and taking guidance from peers
- Excellent communicator, both with tech teams and external stakeholders
