O&M Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Operations and Maintenance Analyst to join our team. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of critical systems, equipment, and processes, guaranteeing high performance and reliability. The ideal candidate should possess technical and analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to operational excellence.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Monitor and analyse the performance of equipment, systems, and operational processes of a wireless RF transmission network,  
• Collect and record performance data to generate reports and identify areas for improvement. 
• Identify abnormal patterns, diagnosing, and solving technical issues efficiently and safely, acting in a preventive manner. 
• Act as an operational liaison with the NOC and field service teams 
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, minimizing network downtime. 
• Maintain existing network implementation and operation contracts and collaborate on new processes (RFQ, ​​RFP). 
• Control the supply chain together with our partners 
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement improvements in operational processes. 
• Coordinate teams of field technicians to resolve critical problems. 
• Stay updated on new technologies, products, and methodologies related to the industry. 

Qualifications: 

• Graduation in Engineering (Electrical, Telecommunications, or related areas), Technology, or equivalent technical courses. Relevant technical certifications specific to the sector is a plus 
• Proven experience in operating and maintaining systems and equipment. 
• Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving technical issues. 
• Knowledge in analysing operational data and performance indicators (KPIs). 
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment. 
• Knowledge of analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker. 
• Familiarity with wireless network protocols and standards (LPWAN, Wi-Fi, LTE, 5G, among others). 
• Desirable knowledge of LoRa WAN networks. 
• Ability to interpret technical data and identify problem trends. 
• Interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams. 
• The ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines 
• Advanced English is mandatory.
