Netmore is looking for a seasoned QA Engineer with strong leadership in testing strategy and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work across the full software lifecycle to ensure quality, robustness, and reliability across our IoT platform.
Responsibilities:
- Define and improve test strategies, release plans, and QA documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to refine requirements
- Drive automation initiatives, especially for API and system-level testing
- Ensure end-to-end testing of platform components (gateways, APIs, UI)
- Be a QA lead and mentor in cross-functional teams
Skills:
- Strong experience in automation frameworks (Selenium, Robot Framework)
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- Solid experience working in Agile environments with DevOps focus
- Tools: Jenkins, GitHub, Jira, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS
- Languages: Python, Bash, JavaScript
- Comfortable with data flows, system testing, and integration testing
